This is my spring gut health pasta salad, but it’s really great for any season, and you can find the ingredients year-round at most grocery stores. It’s my go-to pasta comfort meal, especially when I need something light that nourishes my gut microbiome. I always make my probiotic parmesan vinaigrette dressing to go with it, and I swear the dressing helps with digesting all the fresh veggies. Comment “send recipe” and I’ll send it to you! I’ll post the recipe in stories and save it as a highlight for y’all! :) Here’s my Slow Cooked Chuck Roast Taco recipe: 2 lbs chuck stew meat 1 packet fajita or taco seasoning 1 cup fermented pickle brine (or sauerkraut brine) 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon honey INSTRUCTIONS Pat the cuck stew meat dry with a paper towel, and put everything in the slow cooker Cook on medium for 8 hours When it’s done, shred it up with a fork Put it on your fave tortillas and top with the Peach-Chili Salsa!
