- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped (I use rotisserie)
- 2 eggs, boiled and peeled
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup thick Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fermented pickles, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until evenly combined.
- Serve with crackers, on toast, as a sandwich, in a lettuce wrap, or with fresh vegetables.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
