Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon fermented pickle brine
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
- Whisk to combine until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. You may not need any because the pickle brine and some cajun seasoning already contain salt.
- Serve with fried pickles.
