Ingredients
4 Cups Fresh Snow Peas
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Chili Oil
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Kimchi Brine
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
Heat the avocado oil in a wok (or skillet) over medium heat
Rinse the snow peas, then add them to the wok.
Stir and cook the snow peas for about 2-3 minutes then remove from heat. Don’t over cook them. Snow peas are best with some crunch left to them.
Add in the salt, chili oil, minced garlic, minced onion, sesame oil, kimchi brine and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
