- 4 Cups Fresh Snow Peas
- 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Kimchi Brine
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Heat the avocado oil in a wok (or skillet) over medium heat
- Rinse the snow peas, then add them to the wok.
- Stir and cook the snow peas for about 2-3 minutes then remove from heat. Don’t over cook them. Snow peas are best with some crunch left to them.
- Add in the salt, chili oil, minced garlic, minced onion, sesame oil, kimchi brine and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
- Serve as a side dish or a snack and enjoy!
