Ingredients
Mango layer
- 2 cups frozen mango, diced
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Cherry layer
- 2 cups frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Combine the mango layer ingredients in a blender and set aside.
- Combine the cherry layer ingredients in a blender and set aside.
- Fill popsicle molds, layering and alternating the mango and cherry mixtures. Layer until the molds are full.
- Add popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
- Run under warm water for about 15 seconds to loosen the popsicles, then pop them out of the molds and enjoy!
