I make hot sauce a few different ways, but here’s the easiest: Just strain the brine into a separate jar/bowl, throw the fermented peppers in a blender. Blend on high and add a bit of the strained brine into the blender little by little until it’s the consistency you want. Maybe add a splash of ACV to balance out the flavor. Store sauce in an airtight container and keep refrigerated. #fermented #peppers #hotsauce #fermentation
