Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

Adding some sauerkraut brine to smoothies is quite delicious! It's a great way to use up some kraut brine and adds a dairy-free and low calorie dose of probiotics to smoothies! The salty brine creates balanced flavor in the sweet smoothie. I'm a huge fan of chocolate avocado and banana smoothies that incorporate either kale or spinach. We created a choco-avo smoothie recipe for you all, that tastes great with a little sauerkraut brine added. Try it out for a cool summer sweet treat that's also good for your gut!

Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Plant Based Milk (Like hemp or almond)
  • 1 Banana (be sure it is ripe and sweet)
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cultured Guru Sauerkraut Brine.
  • 1 teaspoon Maca Paowder
  • 1 Tablespoon Cacao powder
  • A Drizzle of Maple Syurp
  • 4 ice cubes
